Court Reports & Letters

Terms & Conditions for the provision of court reports:

1. A court report can only be issued for Togher Contact Centre customers that have had a consultation and attended a minimum of 6 supervised visits.

2. A minimum of two weeks will be required by our staff to draw up the report.

3. The report will be emailed directly to the representing solicitor.

4. Court reports are paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Cost €100.

Terms & Conditions for the provision of court letters:

1. A court letter can be issued for persons that have met any of the following criteria
a) have personally joined the waiting list for a consultation.
b) have had a consultation
c) have attended/contributed to at least one supervised visit.

2. A minimum of one week will be required by our staff to draw up the letter.

3. The letter will be emailed directly to the representing solicitor.

4. Court letters are paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Cost €25.
