TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All customers must refer to the Previous History Statement before booking an appointment.
  • You must bring any relevant court order to an appointment and present to the supervisor before the session can begin
  • You must bring any relevant case worker report with you and present to the supervisor before the session can begin.
  • You must bring Identification on the day of the child contact session.
  • You must arrive 10 minutes before the contact session begins.
  • Verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other supervising personnel will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate cessation of access (to the service)
  • Appointments / Bookings are non refundable
  • Cancellations can only be made 36 hours prior to the appointment time. Please phone 087 0000000 / 085 862 2892 to cancel & reschedule. Please note bookings are non-refundable.
  • Non-attendance for a session due to illness will require a doctors note before a reschedule can take place. On receipt of a doctors note please contact us as soon as possible.
